u should go shorter and get ur hair cut with a razor it looks amazing since now a days every one has layers and with the razor it looks fun and playful i think you should put ur hair in a messy ponytail

even though you have layers, get even more! cut it about half an inch above your shoulders in kind of an a-line, but not all the way. then put your hair in a ponytail and leave your bangs and the front parts of your hair out(the layery parts). and also, part your hair to the side and make sure you have bangs(cuz their so cute! lol)
